2.1 The Legal Framework of Airflow
Accessing, browsing, or purchasing from BreezeGrid.store constitutes your unconditional agreement to this “Aerodynamic Accord.” This document is a legally binding contract between the user and Nexabyte Digital. These terms are designed to protect the mechanical integrity of our cooling units and the safety of our consumers.
2.2 Technical Accuracy & Operational Disclaimers
We strive for “True-Output” representation of our fans. However, please be advised:
- RPM & Airflow Variance: Actual airflow (CFM) may vary by ±5% based on local voltage fluctuations, ceiling height, and room ventilation.
- Color & Finish: Due to the powder-coating process and digital screen calibrations, the metallic finish of a “Gunmetal Grey” or “Classic Bronze” fan may vary slightly from the digital image.
- Voltage Compatibility: All BreezeGrid units are designed for Pakistan’s standard 220V/50Hz grid. Use with unauthorized voltage stabilizers or modified UPS systems voids all operational liability.
2.3 Intellectual Property & “The Grid Guard”
The designs of our 99.9% Copper-Wound motors, the “S-Curve” blade aerodynamics, and the brand photography found on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexabyte Digital. Unauthorized reproduction of our fan designs or the “BreezeGrid” logo is a violation of the Copyright Ordinance of Pakistan.
2.4 Safety Warnings & Installation Liability
- Professional Installation: Ceiling fans must be installed by a certified electrician using the provided safety wires. BreezeGrid is not liable for structural damage or injury resulting from “DIY” installation errors.
- Clearance Requirements: A minimum of 7 feet from the floor to the blades must be maintained for safety compliance.
2.5 Liability & Arbitration
BreezeGrid is not liable for delays caused by “Force Majeure” events, including national grid failures, port clearances for silicon steel, or extreme weather disruptions. Any legal disputes shall be settled via arbitration in the courts of Pakistan.
