At BreezeGrid.store, we understand that a fan is a long-term investment in your home’s comfort. Our “Steady-Stream” policy ensures that your purchase is protected by the most rigorous quality standards in the industry. We offer a 7-Day Inspection Window and an industry-leading Motor Warranty.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns (The “Uninstalled” Requirement)
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the unit must meet the following criteria:
- The “Lead-Wire” Integrity: Once the fan wires have been cut, stripped, or connected to a home’s electrical grid, the unit is considered “Installed” and is ineligible for a “Change of Mind” return.
- Original Packaging: The fan must be returned in its original double-walled cardboard box, including all internal styrofoam bracing, screw kits, and the “Balance-Weight” kit.
- Cosmetic Inspection: Blades must be free of fingerprints, scratches, or bending marks.
3.3 The “99.9% Copper” Motor Warranty
If your fan fails to start or develops a mechanical noise:
- The 24-Hour “Noise-Check”: If you detect a clicking or humming sound within 24 hours of professional installation, report it immediately for a priority technician audit.
- Motor Replacement: We provide a limited lifetime warranty on the motor winding. If the motor burns out under normal residential use (non-commercial), BreezeGrid will provide a replacement motor assembly.
3.4 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following are exempt from our standard return policy:
- Custom-Painted Units: Fans ordered with specific color-match requirements.
- Commercial Bulk Orders: Industrial exhaust fans or high-velocity floor fans sold under B2B contracts.
- Sale Items: Units purchased during “End of Season” clearance events.
3.5 Refund Velocity & Banking Procedures
Once a return is approved and the mechanical audit is complete at our central warehouse:
- Direct Bank Transfers: 7-10 Business Days.
- Store Credit: Instant issuance for immediate exchange for a different model.
